What is Property Bridging Finance?

Property Bridging Finance is a niche financial service that enables property owners, sellers and estate agents to get access to their funds earlier. Proceeds from the sale of a property or from a new- or further bond only becomes available to the owner / seller / estate agent on registration of the transaction in the Deeds Office. This process may take anything from 30 to 90 days and in some cases even longer.

Most people simply cannot wait that long as they have to pay for relocation costs, municipal rates or transfer duty on their new property. We take the stress out of buying and selling by helping eliminate the waiting period for cash.
