 Minimum Job requirements:

- The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in Property Finance or in the Mortgage Origination Industry.

- Have the ability to confidently network to attract new lead providers or preferably have an existing client portfolio, display outstanding persuasive skills coupled with excellent written, verbal and presentational skills.

- A strong understanding of relationship management and a passion for service excellence

- Computer Literacy and own Laptop

- Own Cell phone

- Achieve Sales Targets

- Own Transport

3. Possess problem solving skills and be an effective communicator

8. Must be able to cold call and canvas for new business and effectively close the deal.
