The Role

As a Bond Origination Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates and connecting experienced bond originators with leading banks, mortgage providers, property businesses and financial-services organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

· Identify and recruit experienced bond originators and mortgage professionals.

· Develop and maintain a strong network within the South African property and banking sectors.

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals and targeted recruitment campaigns.

· Understand candidates' experience, performance history, bank relationships and business-development capabilities.

· Match candidates to suitable career opportunities based on their skills and experience.

· Build relationships with banks, bond origination companies, property groups and other financial-services businesses.

· Manage the recruitment process from initial approach through to placement.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with senior candidates.

· Develop long-term relationships with both candidates and employers.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

· Proven experience in specialist recruitment, preferably within banking, financial services or property.

· A strong understanding of mortgage bonds, home loans and bond origination.

· An established network within the South African property or banking industry.

· Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

· The ability to identify high-performing professionals rather than simply filling vacancies.

· Strong negotiation and business-development skills.

· A professional, energetic and results-driven approach.

· The ability to work independently and build a specialist recruitment portfolio.
